Zinc Kettle
A Zinc pot is a device used to melt and store zinc. It is usually made of high temperature resistant materials such as refractory bricks or special alloys. In industrial production, zinc is usually stored in solid form in zinc tanks and then melted into liquid zinc by heating. Liquid zinc can be used in a variety of industrial applications, including galvanizing, alloy preparation and chemical production.
Zinc pots usually have insulation and corrosion resistance properties to ensure that the zinc will not volatilize or become contaminated at high temperatures. It may also be equipped with heating elements, such as electric heaters or gas burners, in order to control the melting temperature of the zinc and maintain it in its liquid state.
